The Royals Club is for anybody who has a pony in Livery at Valley Farm.  This includes children who chose to keep their own pony at Valley Farm, and those who loan one of our horses or ponies.  

Advantages of keeping your horse at Valley Farm and being part of the Royals Livery Yard:

You can ride and socialise with other horse mad children of a similar age. 

You can join in with the Pony Club and Young Equestrian stable management sessions at weekends for free.

You can join in with vaulting lessons at a reduced rate.

You can make use of the showjumps, cross country jumps, hacking, indoor and outdoor arenas.

You can ride in as many group riding lessons as you like for a reduced rate. 

Qualified Staff are on hand to answer your questions and offer advice when it is needed.

You can spend as much or as little time at the yard as you like 

We look after your pony for you while you are on holiday, or if you are away.

Your pony gets to live in a herd environment which is as natural as possible. 

You can join the closed group vfponyclub facebook page where we share tips on all things horse related. 

If you are aged between 13 and 25 you may be interested in achieving your Young Equestrian Leaders Awards.  You can do this at Valley Farm, while you are here. More information about this can be found on the YELA website


Enjoy the club atmosphere and activities organised for you, such as competitions in jumping, dressage, western, horse agility, gymkhana.

If you own your own pony or horse you can join the Royals livery yard. (Please contact Sarah to ask about availability as there is often a waiting list).  

If you don't own your own pony you can loan one from Valley farm, we have a range of horses suitable for any rider. More info about loaning can be found on our livery and loaning page.
