Valley Farm Diary - August 2011

Pony Camp all month! Madhouse. Judging from the face book comments the summer holidays seem to have gone well...

...We certainly enjoyed having everyone. The ponies have all been stars and taught loads of people Horseball, Carriage Driving, Side Saddle, Western, Natural Horsemanship and all the other things we usually do on Pony Camps.

The wedding horses have been out most weekends this month transporting Brides around the countryside. The highlight of this was ex instructor Vicky's wedding one very hot week day. It seems only yesterday she left school and came as a student here.

We also welcomed back Lucky this month in our livery yard.

At the end of the month we had to say Goodbye and a huge Thank You to our French student Alizee. Tarascon our Camargue filly will miss her as much as us. We hope she may join us again in the future.

So. Pony Camps are nearly over for another year. Holiday season for ponies is approaching!
