If you are looking something to do on a bank holiday or looking to for somewhere to stay on holiday where you can ride every day, you have come to the right place.

We also offer clinics, training days and activity days, corporate entertainment, hen parties, stag parties, camping, short breaks and regular weekday and weekend group lessons for adults.

Various equestrian activities can be arranged during your stay, depending on the subjects that interest you. See our children's activity days page for ideas.  If you need any advice on suitable activities for your level of riding ability simply email or call 01728 746916.

Grown-up's Riding Holidays (for grown up kids!)

Over the years many children have enjoyed our residential riding holidays, but many of them have now grown up and wish to return as adults. Others find their children don't stop talking about their time at pony camp, and so they also want to have a go - but without the kids!

So we now offer short breaks for grown ups who want to do pony camp. Join us for a few days of horsey fun, sleep in our "Wooden Wendy Houses" or bring your own tent/caravan.

Come along and enjoy a relaxing time with our lovely horses who have been specially selected and trained to help you to learn all sorts of new equestrian skills. Meet and ride lots of different horses. Our breaks will usually include a variety of riding and stable management topics such as Grooming, Flatwork, Horsemanship, Western riding, Hacking, Dressage, carriage driving and equestrian sports/subjects that you want to have a go at.

You are welcome to bring your own horse if you have one. You will be able to ride your own horse for the non specialist sports and will be able to explore our hack routes in the evenings.

Our grown up's pony camps/short breaks, very much follow the theme of our children's pony camps, with about one hour being spent on each activity. We don't aim to make you an expert at anything, but to give you an interesting and fun introduction to various equestrian sports, as well as improve your riding and horsemanship.

Toilets, showers on site. Enjoy the evening with a woodland walk or riverside ramble and meet all the animals in our varied collection, or check out our many lovely local pubs. Breakfast or tea can be booked with the Camargue Café for those staying over if you prefer not to leave the site.

Don't miss out on the chance to leave the family behind and come and spend a day or a few days with others who share your passion for horses.  We welcome riders of any ability, provided you are over 18 and have a sense of fun and adventure!

NB We are not able to offer grown up's breaks during the Summer Holidays as we are fully booked with children! Weight limit for all riders is 13 stone.

If you can round up a group of friends (we recomend a group of 6) we can organise a short break for you, where you can stay for as many days as you like and choose to learn the topics you are interested in.  Please see our children's holidays page for inspiration about the subjects you may like to do.  If you can get 6 of you together, just let us know when you want your holiday, how long you would like to stay and what activities you would like to do, and we will sort out a quote for you and arrange for you to have a great time.

Do you have your own horse? Bring your horse on Holiday.

Many people bring their own horse on holiday with them, and we can offer a comfortable stable and/or grazing.  We are well situated for you to enjoy plenty of local hacking around the suffolk countryside, and you can of course join in with the activities in the riding school.
